These Terms govern your access to and use of Gulfshore Rides website pages, fare tools, booking links, communications, and private transportation services.

These Terms of Use, together with any policies referenced here, govern your access to and use of https://gulfshorerides.com and any related website pages, online forms, fare tools, booking links, text-message booking options, email communications, and other online features operated by Gulfshore Rides LLC (“Gulfshore Rides,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing or using our website, requesting a fare estimate, submitting a booking request, contacting us, or using our transportation services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or book our services.

1. About Gulfshore Rides

Gulfshore Rides provides private, appointment-based transportation services, including airport transportation, cruise-port transportation, hotel pickups, and related private car service in Southwest Florida and other service areas identified on our website.

Our website may describe service to and from airports, cruise ports, hotels, residences, businesses, and other destinations. Service availability depends on scheduling, route, vehicle availability, passenger count, luggage requirements, applicable laws, weather, traffic, airport or port conditions, and other operational factors.

2. Use of the Website

You may use our website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

  • Use the website in any way that violates applicable law or regulation.
  • Submit false, misleading, incomplete, or fraudulent information.
  • Attempt to interfere with the website’s security, operation, or availability.
  • Scrape, copy, harvest, or misuse website content, pricing, routes, forms, or customer-facing tools.
  • Upload or transmit viruses, malware, spam, or harmful code.
  • Impersonate any person or entity.
  • Use the website to harass, threaten, defraud, or harm Gulfshore Rides, our drivers, our customers, or any third party.

We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access to the website or refuse service if we believe these Terms have been violated or if conduct creates a safety, legal, operational, or reputational risk.

3. Booking Requests and Reservations

A booking request submitted through the website, phone, text, email, or any third-party booking link is not guaranteed until confirmed by Gulfshore Rides.

To book a ride, you may be asked to provide information such as your name, phone number, email address, pickup location, drop-off location, flight number, airline, travel date, pickup time, number of passengers, luggage details, child-seat request, pet request, and other trip details.

Booking and contact information is collected, used, protected, and retained as described in our Privacy Policy, including information needed for booking, dispatch, payment, flight tracking, communication, accounting, legal compliance, and reasonable customer follow-up.

You are responsible for providing accurate and complete booking information. Gulfshore Rides is not responsible for delays, missed pickups, missed flights, missed cruise departures, incorrect routing, added charges, or service issues caused by inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or late-provided information.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel any booking request for any lawful reason, including but not limited to unavailable vehicles, unsafe conditions, incomplete information, suspected fraud, abusive conduct, impractical routing, excessive luggage, over-capacity passenger counts, or service requests outside our operational ability.

4. Fare Estimates and Pricing

Fare estimates provided through the website, fare finder, text message, phone, email, or other communication are estimates unless expressly confirmed in writing by Gulfshore Rides.

Final pricing may vary based on factors including route, distance, travel time, airport or port conditions, tolls, parking, wait time, late-night or early-morning travel, additional stops, vehicle requirements, luggage needs, child safety seat requests, pet accommodations, same-day scheduling, holiday demand, or changes requested by the customer.

We may update pricing at any time. Updated pricing will apply to future bookings and may apply to modified bookings if the requested modification changes the original trip details.

5. Payment Terms

Gulfshore Rides may accept payment methods identified on the website or communicated during booking, which may include cash, credit card, debit card, secure payment links, Venmo, Zelle, or other approved methods.

By providing a payment method, you represent that you are authorized to use it and authorize Gulfshore Rides or our payment processor to charge amounts due for your ride, including the fare, additional stops, tolls, parking, waiting time, cancellation fees, no-show fees, cleaning fees, damage fees, or other applicable charges disclosed or permitted under these Terms.

Credit and debit card payments may be processed by third-party payment processors. Gulfshore Rides does not control every aspect of third-party payment processing and is not responsible for outages, declined transactions, bank holds, processor delays, or third-party payment errors.

Gulfshore Rides does not store full credit or debit card numbers, CVV codes, PINs, or complete card credentials. Payment records retained by Gulfshore Rides are limited to operational and accounting details such as transaction date, amount, status, and masked processor references, as described in our Privacy Policy.

All payment disputes should be directed to Gulfshore Rides promptly at Book@GulfshoreRides.com or (239) 523-2222 so we can review the matter.

6. Cancellations, Refunds, and No-Shows

Unless otherwise stated in a written booking confirmation:

  • Cancellations made 24 hours or more before pickup may receive a full refund.
  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of pickup may be subject to a cancellation fee.
  • No-shows may be subject to a fee depending on location, driver dispatch, wait time, route, and operational costs.

A “no-show” may include failure to appear at the designated pickup location, failure to respond to reasonable driver or dispatcher communications, providing an incorrect pickup location, failing to provide necessary flight or contact information, or being unavailable after the applicable grace period.

Refunds, if approved, may be returned to the original payment method or handled through another method approved by Gulfshore Rides. Processing times may depend on the payment provider or financial institution.

7. Flight Tracking and Airport Pickups

When you provide a flight number, Gulfshore Rides may use flight-tracking information to help coordinate pickup timing. Flight tracking is provided as a customer convenience and operational tool, but we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or availability of third-party flight information.

You remain responsible for notifying us of changes to your flight, airline, terminal, arrival time, departure time, airport, luggage situation, or pickup location when those changes may affect your ride.

Airport pickups may include a complimentary grace period, where applicable. Additional wait time, parking, airport fees, or extended delays may result in added charges.

8. Passenger Responsibilities

For the safety and comfort of all passengers and drivers, you agree that you and all members of your party will:

  • Be ready at the confirmed pickup time and location.
  • Wear seat belts where required by law.
  • Follow reasonable safety instructions from the driver.
  • Treat drivers, vehicles, property, and other passengers respectfully.
  • Avoid illegal, unsafe, abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or disruptive conduct.
  • Avoid smoking, vaping, drug use, or open containers in the vehicle.
  • Avoid damaging, soiling, or misusing the vehicle.
  • Ensure passenger count and luggage fit safely within the assigned vehicle.

Gulfshore Rides may refuse or terminate service, without refund, if a passenger creates a safety risk, violates the law, behaves abusively, appears dangerously impaired, refuses safety instructions, attempts to overload the vehicle, or otherwise makes transportation unsafe or impractical.

9. Luggage, Personal Items, and Property

You are responsible for your luggage, personal belongings, travel documents, electronics, bags, valuables, and any items brought into the vehicle.

Gulfshore Rides may assist with loading and unloading luggage as a courtesy, but customers are responsible for confirming that all items are loaded before departure and removed at drop-off.

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, forgotten, damaged, or delayed personal property except to the extent required by applicable law. If you believe you left an item in a vehicle, contact us promptly. We may make reasonable efforts to locate and return lost items, but return service may be subject to availability and additional charges.

10. Child Seats, Minors, and Family Travel

Families traveling with children are welcome. Customers are responsible for complying with all applicable child passenger safety laws.

A child car seat or booster seat may be available upon request and may be subject to an additional fee. Availability is not guaranteed unless confirmed by Gulfshore Rides in advance.

A parent, guardian, or responsible adult must make bookings for minors. We may decline transportation of an unaccompanied minor unless expressly approved in advance in writing.

11. Pets and Service Animals

Pets may be allowed with advance notice and confirmation. You must notify Gulfshore Rides before the ride if any animal will travel with you.

Customers are responsible for ensuring pets are properly secured, clean, safe, and controlled. Additional cleaning, damage, or delay charges may apply if an animal soils, damages, or disrupts the vehicle.

Gulfshore Rides complies with applicable laws regarding service animals. Service animal requests will be handled in accordance with applicable legal requirements.

12. Vehicle Availability and Substitutions

Vehicle descriptions, photographs, and references on the website are for general informational purposes. Specific vehicle availability is not guaranteed unless expressly confirmed in writing.

Gulfshore Rides may substitute a vehicle when necessary due to scheduling, maintenance, passenger count, luggage, safety, availability, or operational needs. We will make reasonable efforts to provide a suitable vehicle for the confirmed ride.

13. Delays, Traffic, Weather, and Force Majeure

Transportation involves conditions outside our control. Gulfshore Rides is not responsible for delays, missed flights, missed cruises, missed appointments, missed reservations, or other losses caused by traffic, road closures, accidents, severe weather, airport or port congestion, security delays, mechanical issues, public emergencies, acts of God, government action, strikes, technology outages, incorrect customer information, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

We recommend allowing sufficient travel time for airport, cruise-port, and time-sensitive trips.

14. Website Content

The content on our website is provided for general informational and booking purposes. While we try to keep information accurate and current, we do not guarantee that all website content, route descriptions, fare estimates, travel tips, service-area descriptions, vehicle information, photographs, availability information, or other materials are complete, current, or error-free.

We may update, remove, revise, or discontinue website content at any time without notice.

15. Intellectual Property

The website and its content, including text, graphics, logos, service names, page layouts, images, icons, design elements, and other materials, are owned by or licensed to Gulfshore Rides and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may view and use the website for personal, non-commercial purposes related to learning about or booking Gulfshore Rides services. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, display, publish, sell, license, or exploit any website content without our prior written permission.

By contacting Gulfshore Rides by phone, text message, email, website form, WhatsApp, or other communication method, you consent to receive responses related to your inquiry, booking, ride status, payment, schedule, driver coordination, customer service, and follow-up.

Message and data rates may apply for text messages. Transactional or service-related communications may be necessary to complete or manage a booking. Marketing communications, if offered, are optional and may be opted out of at any time.

19. User Submissions, Reviews, and Feedback

If you submit comments, reviews, testimonials, feedback, suggestions, photos, or other content to Gulfshore Rides or through third-party platforms, you represent that you have the right to provide that content and that it does not violate the rights of others.

You grant Gulfshore Rides a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use feedback, reviews, testimonials, and similar content for business, marketing, service improvement, and website purposes, subject to applicable law and platform rules.

We may remove or decline to use content that we believe is false, misleading, unlawful, offensive, infringing, abusive, or inappropriate.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from or related to the website, a booking, or transportation services will not exceed the amount paid by you to Gulfshore Rides for the specific ride giving rise to the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some limitations may not apply to you.

22. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Gulfshore Rides LLC, its owners, members, managers, employees, contractors, drivers, agents, service providers, and affiliates from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, expenses, and costs, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of or related to:
