What services do you provide?
Gulfshore Rides offers private airport and cruise ship port transportation, including rides to and from RSW, Southwest Florida International Airport. We serve Bonita Springs, Naples, Estero, Fort Myers, Marco Island, Miami, Fort Lauderdale, and Tampa. We provide reliable airport car service, cruise port transportation, and hotel pickups throughout Southwest Florida.
Where are you located?
We operate as an appointment-based service area business in Lee and Collier counties, providing door-to-port service across Southwest Florida. All rides are booked in advance online, by text message, or by phone.
How far in advance should I book?
For the best chance of availability, we recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance. Same-day RSW airport rides may be available depending on schedule openings.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, all major credit and debit cards, and secure digital payments such as Venmo and Zelle. We can also provide pay links to pay online.
Do you help with luggage?
Yes. Your driver will assist with loading and unloading luggage, making your airport transfer easy and stress-free.
Do you track my flight?
When a flight number is provided, we monitor available third-party flight information to help coordinate pickup. Please notify us of material changes because flight data can be delayed or unavailable.
Is there a wait-time fee for delayed arrivals or baggage claim?
Airport pickups include a complimentary grace period for baggage claim.
What type of vehicles do you use?
We operate clean, comfortable Mercedes SUV and Tesla sedans ideal for Southwest Florida airport transportation. Vehicle selection depends on passenger count and luggage needs.
Do you provide a child car seat?
A car seat may be available upon request for an additional fee. Please mention this during booking so we can prepare the correct equipment.
Are pets allowed?
Yes. Pets are allowed. Please notify us in advance so we can confirm accommodations.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made 24 or more hours before pickup receive a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours may be subject to a fee. No shows are subject to a fee depending on location.
