If Gulfshore Rides cannot serve this request directly or my requested date/time is unavailable, I expressly authorize Gulfshore Rides to share my trip request, contact details, itinerary, passenger/luggage needs, and service notes with selected approved transportation partners who may contact me about this specific ride by my selected contact method.

I understand that any partner who accepts or quotes this request is an independent third-party transportation provider, not an employee, agent, representative, or legal partner of Gulfshore Rides. The selected partner is solely responsible for its vehicles, drivers, licensing, insurance, pricing, payments, scheduling, safety, service quality, acts, omissions, delays, accidents, injuries, and property damage.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, I release and agree not to assert claims against Gulfshore Rides for any claim, loss, injury, death, property damage, cost, or expense arising out of or related to a third-party transportation partner, the partner review process, partner communications, or transportation services provided or offered by a partner, except to the extent directly caused by Gulfshore Rides' own gross negligence or willful misconduct.

This consent is limited to this ride request and is not consent to unrelated marketing.
